Room to Play, Explore and Recharge

Different moments call for different spaces. Our facility is organized to support activity, enrichment, calm transitions and meaningful rest.

Outdoor Play

Secure areas for supervised group play, sniffing movement and outdoor enrichment, with access to fressh water and weather-aware routines.

Indoor Areas

Comfortable spaces for active play and enrichment when weather or group needs bring the day indoors.

Quiet & Rest

Dedicated downtime helps dogs regulate their energy and return to play feeling refreshed.

Active Supervision

We watch the whole dog, not just the group.

Body language, energy level and social comfort tell us when a dog is having fun – and when they may need more space or a break.

Thoughtful group matching

Dogs are introduced and grouped according to size, temperament, energy and play style.

Ongoing observation

We actively monitor interaction and step in early when excitement becomes overstimulation.

Planned rest periods

Structured breaks support healthy play and give every dog a chance to decompress.

Health, behaviour, feeding and medication information is recorded to guide each dog’s care

Hi welcome to Jodie's Bark 'N Barn Dog Ranch

My name is Jodie, the owner of Jodie’s Barn ’N Barn Dog Ranch. If you know me, you already know that animals, especially dogs are a huge part of my life.

I’ve had dogs my entire life and cannot imagine life without them. I have always loved everything about them, their goofy personalities, their energy, the love they give, and all the crazy things they get themselves into!

For nearly 4 years, I’ve had hands on experience working in dog boarding and daycare, caring for dogs with all different personalities, energy levels and breeds. That experience taught me so much about dogs and how to properly handle them. It also taught me lots of knowledge on dog behaviour.

My goal at Jodie’s Bark ’N Barn is to create a place where dogs can come in, be themselves, make some friends, have fun, get lots of love from one on one attention and most importantly, feel safe and comfortable.

As a dog owner of three dogs, I understand how hard it is to leave your dog with someone else. My goal is to make you feel confident knowing your dog is having the best day while you’re away.
